Intuitive and available in different languages, this pump has a large screen showing all useful and relevant information.
Intuitive and easy to use:
All the information is available in one large screen: short learning curve allowing the user to manage the pump quickly.
Powerful:
The rotary peristaltic motor helps delivering high viscosity food without any obstruction, guaranteeing constant flow rate throughout the feeding.
Quiet:
The continuous rotary peristaltic system avoids repetitive start and stop noises allowing patient feeding during the night without being disturbed.
Safe:
visual and audible alarms, calibrated to avoid untimely alarms due to overpressure (in case of cough, brief kinking, etc.).

FAQ
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: What's the purpose of using NiMH battery instead of Lithium battery?
With Lithium battery, there's a risk of overheating of the battery. Our products being in a clinical environment and thus to ensure safety, it has been decided to use NiMH batteries in our pumps to prevent those risks of overheating.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Can Easymoov6 be programmed at a flow rate of 600ml/h?
The maximum flow rate of Easymoov6 is 400ml/h. Competition will give the feature of 600ml/h as a benefit but nobody is going to prescribe such a high flow rate to a patient. The usual prescribed flow rate is 120ml/h. Thus, our flow rate going up to 400ml/h is totally sufficient! However, please note that for the priming of the tubing, the flow rate is 600ml in order to reduce the time of priming.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Is it possible to clean the pump directly under the water?
The easymoov6 pump cannot be immersed in any liquid. However, the pump is IP44, which allows it to be in contact with water (splashing) without any problem. For information: IP: Index Protection - The first number corresponds to the degree of protection against solid bodies: the pump has the number 4, it is therefore protected against bodies with a diameter of 1 mm and more. - The second number corresponds to the degree of protection against liquids: the pump has the number 4, it is therefore protected against splashing water. Water splashed against the case from any direction does not have any adverse effect.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Do you recommend preventive maintenance on the pumps?
As the device is class IIa, it does not impose mandatory preventive maintenance. However, we Vygon offer, upon request, a compliance check which can be carried out once a year.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Do you have a program dedicated to hydration?
There is no program dedicated to hydration. However, it is possible to carry out a hydration on the pump in a very simple manner thanks to dual tubing provided for this purpose (code 0VEACC126). Indeed, for the installation, you need to: - Install the double line tubing - Put a water bag (on the line where the non-return valve is located) - Prime the tubing for 1min - Set up the nutrition bag on the other line - Perform automatic priming (1min45sec). - Program the flow rate and the volume you want to administer. In order to do the hydration, it is necessary to enter in the “volume” parameter: volume of water to be administered + volume of nutrition to be administered. - Check the programmed parameters and start nutrition. The pump will first feed the patient and then rinse the tubing and the feeding tube to hydrate the patient. It is also possible to clamp the nutrition line while nutrition is in progress for the hydration line to be used.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Is it possible to lock the pump keypad when the pump is running?
Yes, by pressing the + and - keys simultaneously on the pump for three seconds, the keypad locks. To unlock, it is necessary to repeat the same action.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Are there any restrictions for paediatric use?
There are currently no specified international recommendations for the use of a paediatric enteral nutrition pump. However, Vygon recommends the use of enteral nutrition pumps when the amount of nutrition to be administered per day exceeds 500ml. The use of the Easymoov6 pump by a paediatric patient requires the accompaniment of a health professional or a caregiver according to the professional's assessment.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: What happens if my pump runs out of battery during the administration of boluses in the intermittent mode?
If the pump runs out of battery while the intermittent mode is running and switches off, the pump will lose the memory of the already administered volume. Therefore, we recommend to make sure the pump has enough battery to start the intermittent mode.
Codes 0VEPM6 / 0VEPM6xxx: Is it possible to use real food or blenderized food?
Do not use homemade blenderised food that is not sufficiently liquified or contains pieces of food which may cause obstruction. We advise that you should seek guidance via a licensed healthcare provider, dietitian, or nutritionist. Commercially available pre-packaged or commercially prepared feeding solutions may also be used with the easymoov6 pump.
